CTO: Enoch Kan is a seasoned machine learning and data engineering leader with deep cross-industry experience spanning medtech, fintech, energy, and consumer products. With a career built across startups and Fortune 500 companies, Enoch has architected and scaled production-grade ML systems that power real-world impact. He is also a core contributor to several high-velocity open-source projects, including DeepSeek-V3, Apple’s MLX, Astral’s Ruff, and Airbyte—collectively downloaded over 35 million times monthly. His technical depth is backed by peer-reviewed research published in IEEE conferences such as ICASSP and SPIE.

A founder and innovator at heart, Enoch co-founded Clausible, a legal tech startup rethinking contract workflows with AI, and The ML Practitioner, a Medium publication spotlighting emerging trends in the field. He is passionate about AI reliability, robust model design, and leveraging data infrastructure to unlock intelligent systems. Originally from Hong Kong, educated in the U.S., and now based in London, Enoch blends a global perspective with a practical, hands-on approach. Outside of work, he is a former competitive pianist (2nd in Asia) who now spends his time playing jazz piano, solving Rubik’s cubes, and red-teaming AI systems for fun.
