We will do deep dive discovery on your current state user cases, data, models, code, tech architecture, policies, team and processes. We will define mission & strategy aligned goal (s), use case (s), scope, requirements, timeline and detailed Jira execution plan. We will provide you with a detailed product requirements document and project proposal for the solution implementation. You can decide to implement with Root Note Ventures or we can handover to your in-house team or supplier of choice. This detailed strategy and planning package costs between $20,000-$25,000 USD.
